The system employs two distinct battery packs to meet its power requirements. A 24 V Low Voltage Li-Ion cell battery pack powers the control boards, while a High Voltage 220 V Li-Po battery pack, operating at nominal voltage, is used to supply power to the motor and levitation units.

The box is composed of multiple 3D-printed components that seamlessly fit together using threaded inserts. Each battery is grouped with its Battery Management System (BMS) for ease of installation and replacement. Additionally, multiple battery enclosures are used to secure the entire assembly within the vehicle, ensuring the box's stable positioning.

The box is designed with a focus on the safety of the operator. Utilizing commercially available connectors, the box can isolate all current supplied to the system at three connection points. Additionally, customized power strips have been incorporated to separate the vehicle's permanent power wiring from the wiring that must remain accessible for connecting various power boards. The following diagrams illustrate the routing of the wires throughout the circuit.
Low Voltage System
The low battery pack is designed as a single unit that utilizes commercially available grids to facilitate manual threading with nickel strips. It is mounted to the vehicle using a sliding system that optimizes space efficiently.
